No refund will be given if the consumption is less than the value of the voucher.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<li>A full refund is possible if the gift voucher has not been used before the cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The company Anama Copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 FR s\u00e0rl cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, or fraudulent use of a gift voucher.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Physical products<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Order and validation process<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Physical products purchased on our website must be picked up directly at our establishment (Mu Luxembourg, Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal).<\/li>\n<li>No shipping or home delivery is provided.<\/li>\n<li>The products will be available for pickup at the establishment within 48 hours after the order is confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided that the products have not been picked up.<\/li>\n<li>The products must be returned in their new and unused condition.<\/li>\n<li>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Event offers<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Booking and confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The booking of an event offer is confirmed after payment.<\/li>\n<li>When making a reservation, please specify your request with the number of people and the arrival time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event.<\/li>\n<li>To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at the following address: <a>boutique@muluxembourg.lu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cancellation by the service provider<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>In the event of a partial or total cancellation of the service (strikes, viruses, disasters, force majeure), the service provider will refund the customer for the full amount of the prepayment made.<\/li>\n<li>No other compensation can be claimed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Prices and payment conditions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The prices of gift vouchers, event offers, and physical products are listed in euros and include Luxembourg VAT.<\/li>\n<li>Payment is made exclusively by credit card through the secure system on our website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Modification of the general terms and conditions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>These general terms and conditions may be modified at any time.<\/li>\n<li>The new conditions will be applicable as soon as they are published on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Personal data protection<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The personal information collected during the purchase will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and Luxembourg\u2019s data protection legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00e9finitions Les termes suivants auront la signification ci-apr\u00e8s : Bon cadeau : d\u00e9signe un document contenant l\u2019offre du restaurant, le montant, le nom de l\u2019acheteur, du destinataire et la p\u00e9riode de validit\u00e9, permettant de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une prestation au sein du restaurant Mu Luxembourg.
