Définitions
The following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
- Gift voucher : refers to a document containing the restaurant's offer, the amount, the name of the buyer, the recipient, and the validity period, allowing the holder to benefit from a service at the Mu Luxembourg restaurant.
- Reference code : a unique identifier associated with the gift voucher, to be provided when making a reservation at the restaurant.
- Recipient (To the attention of): the person who benefits from the gift voucher offer, mentioned on the voucher.
- Customer The person who purchases a gift voucher, an event offer, or a physical product, for their own use or for a third party (recipient).
- Restaurant The establishment Mu Luxembourg (Anama Copropriété FR sàrl) – VAT No: LU33548948, Trade Register: B262204, Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal, Luxembourg.
- Event offer Reservation of a specific offer for events such as Valentine's Day, National Day, etc.
- Products : articles disponibles à l’achat sur notre site et à retirer au restaurant (ex. : bouteilles d’huile d’olive).
Gift voucher
Order and validation process
- The purchase of a gift voucher is made directly online through our website.
- A summary will be sent by email after the order is confirmed, including the gift voucher in PDF format.
- The order will be validated after the buyer's final acceptance.
Use
- Gift vouchers are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
- The voucher must be printed and presented either at the time of booking or upon arrival at the restaurant.
- When making a reservation, the reference code of the gift voucher must be provided.
- The gift voucher amount must be used in one go. No refund will be given if the consumption is less than the value of the voucher.
Right of withdrawal
- In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
- A full refund is possible if the gift voucher has not been used before the cancellation.
Liability
- The company Anama Copropriété FR sàrl cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, or fraudulent use of a gift voucher.
Physical products
Order and validation process
- Physical products purchased on our website must be picked up directly at our establishment (Mu Luxembourg, Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal).
- No shipping or home delivery is provided.
- The products will be available for pickup at the establishment within 48 hours after the order is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal
- The 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided that the products have not been picked up.
- The products must be returned in their new and unused condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Event offers
Booking and confirmation
- The booking of an event offer is confirmed after payment.
- When making a reservation, please specify your request with the number of people and the arrival time.
Cancellation
- Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event.
- To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at the following address: boutique@muluxembourg.lu.
Cancellation by the service provider
- In the event of a partial or total cancellation of the service (strikes, viruses, disasters, force majeure), the service provider will refund the customer for the full amount of the prepayment made.
- No other compensation can be claimed.
Prices and payment conditions
- The prices of gift vouchers, event offers, and physical products are listed in euros and include Luxembourg VAT.
- Payment is made exclusively by credit card through the secure system on our website.
Modification of the general terms and conditions
- These general terms and conditions may be modified at any time.
- The new conditions will be applicable as soon as they are published on the website.
Personal data protection
- The personal information collected during the purchase will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and Luxembourg’s data protection legislation.
